ALASBO Improvement Model (AIM)
The ALASBO Improvement Model (AIM) rubric is the product of hundreds of hours of work by our members. Seven areas have been developed in the AIM workbook:

* Audit
* Budget & Planning
* Payroll
* Purchasing
* Risk Management
* Treasury, Cash & Investments
AIM Version 1.0 was released in November 2014. Version 2.0, released in September 2016 includes significant updates to the Budget & Planning rubric. Version 3.0 includes references to the ALASBO Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), available HERE.
We are encouraging members to start using the rubric to evaluate their current practice and then use the descriptors in the rubric to improve practices. Feedback is welcome!
